HELPING OUR COMMUNITY

AmCom was able to purchase 2,000 surgical masks to help our front line workers stay safe and healthy. Below are the businesses that received the surgical face masks:

Mobile Loaves & Fishes. Mobile Loaves & Fishes (MLF) is a social outreach ministry that has been empowering communities into a lifestyle of service with the homeless since 1998. Founded in Austin, Texas, the organization serves its homeless neighbors through three core programs: Truck Ministry, Community First! Village and Community Works.

San Antonio Fire Department. Since our founding in 1891, the San Antonio Fire Department has built a strong reputation for serving the citizens of San Antonio. The department has been innovative and aggressive in addressing the changing issues facing our community.

San Antonio Police Department. The San Antonio Police Department is dedicated to improving the quality of life by creating a safe environment in partnership with the people we serve. We act with integrity to reduce fear and crime while treating all with respect, compassion, and fairness.

Gateway Community Health Center. Gateway Community Health Center (GCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. The organization’s administrative office is located in the city of Laredo, in Webb County, Texas. Since 1989, GCHC has been a local leader in establishing and providing excellence in health care for underserved population members of Webb County, Texas.

University Health System Foundation. Since 1984, the University Health System Foundation has been the fundraising arm for University Health System. For more than 35 years, generous individuals, businesses and organizations have partnered with us to fund innovative medical advancements, visionary programs and essential services that build lifelines of healing to every corner of our region.
