Taylor Fairbair has been promoted to the position of Account Executive. He is responsible for client prospecting and closing sales which includes assisting the back office support team to ensure services are activated and customers are satisfied with AmCom’s carrier support service.

Prior to his promotion, Taylor was the Project Management Analyst which entailed being the liaison between customers and AmCom Solutions. He provided project management for all customer sales including managing required documents and coordinating all necessary steps to complete final customer test and turn up. He was also responsible for processing disconnect requests, assisting customers with repair issues, as well as resolving billing disputes and customer correspondence.

Taylor graduated from Birminghan-Southern College, in Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.
