Meet Our Team

Scott Fairbairn, President/CEO

Scott is the founder and President of AmCom Solutions, Inc.. He has over 30 years of leading and managing outside sales and channel development. Prior to founding AmCom, he worked at Pitney Bowes Corp., Communication Planning Consultants (wiring & cabling division) HTI Voice Solutions/ Lucent Technologies, and ENVOX America/Stockholm Sweden and Universal Solutions LLC.

Scott is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Sciences in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement with minors in Sociology and Political Science. He’s also a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and currently serves as President for the FBI’s Capital of Texas InfraGard Chapter. His interests outside of work and family include church, ranching, hunting and fishing, officiating lacrosse and dual-sport motorcycling.

Marty Pais, Vice President of AT&T Sales

Marty is the Vice President of AT&T Sales at AmCom. Prior to joining AmCom he worked at AT&T/Southwestern Bell for 34 years in many capacities including Sales Manager for Winback, Internet, Installation & Repair, Account Manager for Internet and Indirect Sales, Quality Assurance Manager for Indirect Sales, Service Representative for Inside Sales & Support, and Communications Consultant for Outside Sales & Support. Marty lives in San Antonio and enjoys golfing and fishing. He is also an avid marathon runner.

Suzanne Urash, Director of Marketing/Agency Program

Suzanne, the Founder and President of CRE8 Group, has over 18 years’ experience in various sectors of telecommunications. She is responsible for all aspects of AmCom’s marketing, public relations, business development and channel agency program. Prior to her founding businesses, Ms. Urash was the Manager of Marketing and Business Development at Progress Telecom, LLC.

During her earlier telecom career, Ms. Urash held several consultant positions managing and developing wireless communications sites as well as HDTV property and tower acquisitions. These functions included property lease and acquisitions as well as representing clients at zoning and other governmental hearings. Ms. Urash holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Tampa. She is also an accomplished artist with many of her works in galleries throughout Florida and the United States.

Taylor Fairbairn, Director of Operations

Taylor Fairbairn has recently been promoted to Director of Operations is responsible for both the sales and back office operations at AmCom. His role includes client prospecting and closing sales as well as working directly with AT&T on behalf of clients on the provisioning of Internet circuits. He is responsible for managing all customer sales, disconnect requests, customers repair issues, and resolving billing disputes. Taylor uses collaborative communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied and thoroughly understand the products and services purchased. Prior to his promotion, Taylor was a Project Management Analyst for AmCom.

Taylor graduated from Birminghan-Southern College, in Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.

Chelsea Guzman, Account Executive

Chelsea is AmCom’s experienced Account Executive with a history of working in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining AmCom, she worked at AT&T as an Account manager providing communications consulting to businesses both large and small. Skilled in wireless technologies, management, customer service, account management, and direct sales, her focus is consulting our customers performance, productivity, and profitability within their businesses. Outside the office Chelsea is an animal advocate who loves spending time with family and friends.

Alan Newill, Account Executive

Al Newill is an Account Executive for our North/East Texas area. Prior to joining the AmCom team, Al worked at AT&T/Mountain Bell for 39 years. During his tenure he worked in many roles including as an tech support and customer service Manager and for the last 25 years as an Account Manager; serving mid-market and small business customers for both wireline and wireless solutions.

Al lives in East Texas and enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with family and playing tennis.

Ellie Santillian, Account Executive

Ellie is an Account Executive with over 16 years in business management and sales experience within the wireline & wireless industry, event management and professional sports. Prior to joining AmCom, she worked for AT&T for over 10 years. Ellie’s continued focus is on the customer and providing solutions to help enhance and grow customer’s organizations.

On her spare time, Ellie enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Sharon Ravina, Service Delivery

Sharon is the liaison between AT&T and AmCom Solutions. She has the authorization and training to access most of the AT&T back office systems to assist with all of the customer project management. She is instrumental in managing all of the processes and paperwork necessary to ensure customer products and services are implemented properly.
